Project Goal
Create a native app that enhances and extends the MVP responsive web experience.
Mapping user's mental models throughout their journey brought to light what the app could display dynamically.
Prioritizing User Needs
I conducted a card sorting exercise to see how participants would prioritize their tasks throughout different scenarios in the space; this would help inform what a dynamic home experience would need to present.
We also needed to understand what participants were unsure or unaware of when first using the space to address those issues either through the physical or digital experience.

Selecting time to book a room
The time selector in the WeWork app had space for some usability improvements. I concepted, hallway tested, and designed a new time selector so users can easily see the all the available times for a room and at a glance—choose available start & end times to book a room.
