Copa Airlines sought to improve their existing app by providing a better mobile experience for their customers.
Ideating for multiple flights within a single trip
Because they are an airline hub, there was a unique challenge in solving how users could access multiple boarding passes and flight content for various flights within a single trip.
The Onboarding Experience
Copa expressed a desire to have a beautiful splash animation along with a great onboarding experience. Myself and another product designer paired on the animation and prototypes to deliver to development. Additionally, I designed the onboarding steps that highlight the main features in the app.
